Out of stock items:
We do our very best to always have what you want in stock, however it is not always possible. If an item you have ordered is not currently available, we will contact you and offer you one of the following alternatives: (1) We can backorder the item and send it as soon as it's available; (2) You can select a substitute item; or (3) We can remove the item from your order and issue a store credit or refund.
When to expect delivery:
Delivery time is based on: a) time required to process the order and b) time used by carrier to deliver the package.
Candles & Tarts is a small business that caters to the individual preferences of it's customer base. While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, orders can take 5 - 7 business days to process and ship. Some orders could take additional time to process, depending on order size and availability. Therefore, please keep this in mind if you are ordering for gifts, special occasions or especially during the holidays when our sales volume is higher than normal. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
