Shipping Policies


Shipping ... Most of our products are shipped directly from the warehouse to you.

PLEASE NOTE:  Your order may arrive in two shipments due to items being shipped from different warehouses!

Priceing on Shipping:  Number of items ordered.

1=10.25, 2=10.75, 3=10.75, 4=11.75, 5=12.00, 6=13.75

When to expect delivery:

Delivery time is based on: a) time required to process the order and b) time used by carrier to deliver the package. 


All our products generally leave the warehouse by the third business day after you order.  During heavy shopping seasons, it may take up to five days to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves the warehouse, shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by the Shipping Carriers at the time. Estimated time of delivery is 4-6 business days within the Continental US.


SHIPPING TO 
USA:


Normally items ship out via USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS to the lower 48 United States. Processing can take 3-5 business days before your order will ship.

ALL ORDERS - are shipped via traceable carriers for your protection, Confirmation numbers will be provided via email once shipped.


Non-Delivered Orders:


In the rare event an order is lost by the Carrier during transit, we will gladly replace the order and re-ship it to you at no additional expense.  However, if the Delivery Confirmation/Tracking shows delivery was made to your address, we will not accept responsibility if you do not receive your order (it is lost or stolen after delivery).  We suggest if you live in an area prone to theft, to notify all Carriers to either hold your packages for pickup or to only deliver when someone is available to receive them.


Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/ or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order. 


Shipping Damage:


Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier.  We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim.


PLEASE NOTE:
Melted candles and tarts do not qualify as shipping damage.  If the damage is due to melting, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible.  Despite our best efforts, weather conditions such as extreme heat can damage wax products.  So if you cannot be at home for delivery, PLEASE either have your mail carrier hold your package at the Post Office or place it in a cool, shaded area. 


Candles and other container type items should return to their normal state once they are placed in a cooler environment.  Wax tarts can be placed in the refrigerator or freezer.
